We do not issue refunds once a purchase is completed and the product has been delivered or accessed.

2. When Refunds May Be Considered

a. Product not delivered due to technical error
If you did not receive a download link due to a technical issue on our platform, we will ensure delivery or issue a refund.

b. Major defect or malfunction

c. Duplicate order
Accidental duplicate purchases can be refunded if reported within 48 hours of purchase.
